Real Wood Studios operates as a hub facility for creative designer-makers including many highly skilled furniture makers and other timber related businesses. Working directly with clients, whether individuals or companies, they offer bespoke design and production services as well as timber sales to the public. Their high quality, locally sourced wood, which is processed by their own sawmill, is used by architects and builders, furniture makers, artists and hobbyists. Projects vary enormously in size and remit from individual pieces of furniture or artworks to larger scale architectural projects. Alongside their bespoke work, their product lines include flooring, cladding and mantels. Their showroom presents examples of the furniture and wood products made by the Real Wood Studios makers and timber is on view for sale at the site. General enquiries for timber availability and prices should be made via phone or email in the first instance and for clients wishing to commission bespoke works, personal visits are useful.
