Production Specifics
Jay Surfboards has in house facilities to shape and finish surfboards. Most of the projects that people approach him with are bespoke surfboard orders though he also carries out repairs. As these are produced by hand the turnaround time is 4-6 weeks and Jay is able to produce bespoke one offs or small batches. With regards to the colouring of the surfboards Jay applies resin paints onto the deck and the base rather than using spray paints.
