Production Specifics

Industrial Springs have metal heat treatment, forming and finishing production in-house. Springs are produced from forming wire, which can be under 1mm up to 15mm thick. Spring sizes range from to under 100mm to 1m in length. They can produce anything from bespoke one offs through to tens of thousands of the same spring. The best way to work is to think about where a spring might need to be in an object as early on in the process as possible. Objects (not necessarily springs) made from forming metal wire are also possible in-house, and previous projects have included medical splints, fastenings and machine parts.
