Production Specifics

Evergreen specialise in working with local Scottish hardwoods. We have a 80W carbon dioxide laser machine with a 700mm x 500mm working bed with 200mm drop table. This can accommodate larger pieces or sheet materials up to 650mm wide. Any text, image, illustration, photo or drawing can be engraved onto wood, leather, glass, slate, acrylic or textile. They can prepare the digital files for laser cutting and engraving if required. Typical work includes business branding, sign-writing, as well as crafting unique awards and personalised gifts. They also work in collaboration with local makers and suppliers.

Company History

Evergreen was started in 2014 by husband and wife team Simon & Mairi. The business relocated to Inverness in the highlands in 2017. The Evergreen Studio remains as an independent co-working space still based in the OId Town in Edinburgh.
