Gasket, seal and other products are manufactured from sheet material for a range of applications in the pipeline, engineering, construction, automotive, distilling and other industries. The equipment and skills involved in gasket manufacturing allow the factory to manufacture specialist shapes, patterns, or "strip” in a wide range of sheet materials materials including rubbers, PTFE, silicone, graphite, plastics, etc. Cutting is possible from 0.2mm up to 25mm thick and the company has the expertise to bond layers of materials together to form thicker strips. The workforce is made up of skilled gasket cutters who are able to address bespoke rubber forms - for use in gaskets, insulation, flooring, mudflaps or innovative applications. The company also has a flat bed CAD CAM knife cutting machine which has the facility of electronically importing customer's design drawing directly into the manufacturing process. The company can provide assistance in design, samples and commercial awareness and have developed a diverse range of products in the past.
