Production Specifics

NPI can provide prototyping, through to jig, fixture and component manufacture to full product build and assembly. Clients can come with ideas, sketches and models before working with in house CAD and CAM experts. Work tends to be across mechanical, electrical, electronic and pneumatic and they have frequently worked with product designers. Scale of work is low to mid volume from 1-off through to batch or Kanban manufacture up to approx. 500 per week. Supply chain management and product distribution can also be co-ordinated. Standard delivery for most items 7 w/days, fast track delivery available dependent on capacity.

NPI was founded in 2001, and supply mechanical engineering to the electronics industry. They now employ 35 people and are turning over £2m+ per annum. Diversified into all engineering disciplines with focus on component manufacture for defence, aerospace, medical and commercial markets and offering full product build outsource option from material sourcing through to distribution including packaging design and supply.
