Company History
After graduating from Coventry University in 2010 with a degree in Fine Art Matt moved into the art-handling world, undertaking increasingly ambitious exhibition tech work which culminated in a sustained period of employment with Queen and Crawford - a specialist fabrication studio, then based in Digbeth. Having worked with, and for, artists and other private clients for four years, in 2014 he took on a full-time contract working as part of the store display/design team for Urban Outfitters. Progressing through the ranks to Regional Display Coordinator he gained a broad spectrum of skills whilst simultaneously taking on numerous freelance gigs - growing a base of clients and building a business which became MJM Bespoke Fabrications full time in 2016. Since then, MJM Bespoke has become a one-stop-shop service for any custom fabrication needs, working with a range of clients primarily in the creative and independent sector. With over 10 years’ experience in custom fabrication and joinery, MJM Bespoke employs an adaptive, specialist workforce to manage and deliver exciting furniture projects throughout the UK and beyond
