Our galvanizing capability can handle material up 15m long x 2.9m deep x 1.1m wide. The powder coating facility can handle material that is 7m long x 1.1m wide and 3m deep. We powder coat in line with ISO 13438 and have approved applicator status from Akzo Nobel & IGP. Our unique colourgalv system provides a high quality finish on pre galvanised steel. Our special pre treatment process ensures that we have excellent adhesion and that the quality of the coating is consistently high. Typical clients are companies involved with the fabrication of steel, which can include general fabricator, blacksmith and structural steel fabricators. We also have regular dialogue with architects, artists, structural engineers and end-users depending on the project.
