Clients generally need to understand technical specifications or bring samples, patterns and/or prototypes. They usually ask for Gerber Files and a Bill of Materials. For prototype and low volume production they have a number of semi-manual vacuum pen placement systems which allow for fast turnaround. There is a wide choice of printed circuit board options including: Layer Count, Material Spec, Finish, Resist Colour, Ident Colour, Copper Weight. They can do up to 12 layers of printed circuits and turnaround time is dependent on the individual project. They also have 5 fully automated Pick & Place systems to ensure they have plenty of capacity to cater for all your SMT assembly requirements. These machines are capable of placing most modern fine pitch surface mount packages and discrete to 0402 size.
