Production Specifics

Ash & Lacy's in-house manufacturing capabilities at their site in Smethwick include metal expanding, perforating, laser cutting, welding, wire eroding and specialist fabrication. Their turret presses have a bed size of 3500x1500mm and allow them to produce bespoke perforated designs from CAD files in a range of sheet material including aluminium (up to 4mm thick), steel (up to 3mm) and GRP Plastic (up to 6mm). Their in-house design team can work from hand drawn sketches, or digital files to prepare designs in the format needed to bring your ideas to reality.
